TheChief Minister Punjab Parwaaz Card (implemented by the Punjab Skills Development Fund – PSDF) is officially open for applications. This transformative program is specifically designed to help the youth of Punjab access legal overseas employment by removing financial barriers through interest-free loans and structured facilitation.

What is the Parwaaz Card?

The Parwaaz Card acts as a digital “launchpad” for global careers. Its primary purpose is to provide financial support for pre-departure costs that often prevent skilled workers from taking up jobs abroad.

  • Financial Support: An interest-free loan of up to Rs. 500,000 (depending on the destination and job type).
  • Coverage: The loan covers visa fees, medical tests, air tickets, protectorate fees, and Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) charges.
  • Training: Access to internationally recognized certifications and cultural orientation.

    • For Job Seekers: If you don’t have a job yet, you can register to access “Verified Job Demands” from licensed promoters.
