The Ramzan Nigehban Relief Package 2026, launched by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, has transitioned to a digital-first model. This year, eligible families in Punjab are receiving Rs. 10,000 cash assistance alongside a Ration Bag containing essential food items (flour, sugar, ghee, rice, and pulses).
The registration and verification process is now linked directly to the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER).
How to Check the 8070 List & Eligibility
You can check if your name is on the beneficiary list using your CNIC through these official methods:
- Via SMS (Fastest):
- Open your mobile SMS app and type your 13-digit CNIC (without dashes).
- Send it to 8070.
- You will receive an instant reply confirming whether you are Eligible or need to register.
- Via PSER Web Portal:
- Visit pser.punjab.gov.pk.
- Log in or enter your CNIC in the “Check Eligibility” section.
- The portal will show your current status: Verified, Under Review, or Not Registered.
Registration Details (Deadline: February 15, 2026)
If you are not yet registered, you must complete the survey before the deadline to receive the Ramzan relief:
- Online: Register at pser.punjab.gov.pk by providing your household income, family members, and utility bill details.
- Physical Centers: Visit your nearest Union Council Office or e-Khidmat Markaz with your original CNIC and children’s B-Forms.
- Door-to-Door: Government teams are also conducting house-to-house surveys to verify 4.2 million families already in the system.
Distribution of Rs. 10,000 Cash
Unlike previous years where people stood in long lines, the 2026 distribution is more dignified:
- Nigehban Card: Eligible families are being issued a digital “Nigehban Card” (ATM/Smart Card).
- Payment Points: You can withdraw the Rs. 10,000 from any Bank of Punjab (BOP) or HBL ATM, or through biometric agents like HBL Konnect, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
- Home Delivery: In many districts, the physical Ration Bags are being delivered directly to the home addresses verified in the PSER survey.
